We have several precision 3D printers used for rapid prototyping! Maximum work area of 330mm by 270mm by 200mm and wide range of materials such as High Performance Onyx and other common engineering materials.

Shear Cutting
- Knuth Nova TS Model 1275
This workspace can cut material 4’ by 4’ up to 0.159” thick.

Laser Cutting
- Vytek FC44
This machine is 4’ by 4’ in capacity and has the ability to cut thin foils down to 0.001” and mild steels up to 0.625” thick. It cuts with nitrogen or oxygen assisted gas.

Alloy Verification
- Sci-Aps LiBZ
- Thermo Fisher XL2 980
- Acromag 1101C Thermo Electric Metal Tester
We utilize several semi-quantitative alloy verification methods for receiving, in-process, and final inspection. Sci-Aps LiBZ is used primarily for titanium alloy analysis. The Thermo Fisher XL2 980 testers are used for all metals, including precious metals. Acromag 1101C Thermo Electric Metal Testers are used for in-process alloy verification per aerospace OEM standards.

Ultrasonic Cleaning

This process has 3 stages: Turbo Wash, Rinse and Dry stage with agitation. Each stage has a work area of 48” by 24” by 12” high.

Centerless Grinding
- Royal Master TG12X4 (through feed set up)
This machine grinds diameters from 0.004” to 1.5”. It also has automated loading and unloading.

Laser Welding and Marking
- K Lab Scout 300
This machine has a 300mm by 300mm working area as well as a 2kw IPG laser for welding materials up to 0.125”. It also has marking and engraving via DXF import.

CNC Milling
- Haas VF2-SSYT
This machine consists of CNC profiling and surfacing with a 30” by 20” by 20” work area. Material processing ranges from soft plastics to inconel and other hard materials.

CNC Turning
- Okuma Genos L3000 Lathe
This machine does turning up to 15.35” in diameter by 18” long, has a sub spindle and live tooling with a Y axis. It uses box ways for heavy cuts and tough materials.

Waterjet Cutting
- Wardjet A-1212 System
This machine has a cutting envelope of 48.1” x 48.1” (1.22m x 1.22m), and footprint of 7.2′ x 7.6′ (2.18m x 2.294m). It has a Helical Rack and Pinion drive system with a linear positional accuracy of ± 0.003″ per 3ft. It has a speed of 500in per minute and a 4” motorized Z-stroke. It is servo programmable with a rigid Z-Axis that can easily re-positioned to accommodate materials up to 7” thick.
